Pam is the Co-Founder of Touch A Life and the author of Jantsen’s Gift, a powerful memoir published in three foreign markets. Pam and her husband Randy have four children and have been committed to a life of purpose since losing their oldest son in 1999. That life of purpose has been organically taking shape in the most creative ways.
From the streets of Saigon to the adventures of West Africa, Pam firmly believes that the world can be changed one child at a time. Her word for 2017 is intentional. Pam lives in Neosho, Missouri, with her husband and TAL’s Co-Founder, Randy. She has four children – Jantsen, Crista, Van & Tatum.
Tim is the founder and Chief Innovation and Optimization Officer for Next After, a research and consulting firm that works with businesses, nonprofits and NGOs to help them grow their resource capacity.
Prior to founding NextAfter, Tim served as Senior Vice President of Innovation and Optimization for The Pursuant Group, and Vice President of Digital for KMA Direct Communications.
During his career, Tim has consulted with many national and international nonprofits including The Heritage Foundation, Prison Fellowship International, Doctors Without Borders, Wycliffe Bible Translators, The George W. Bush Presidential Center, Moody Bible Institute, The Chuck Colson Center for Christian Worldview, as well as others.
A nonprofit thought leader, Tim is the lead researcher and co-author of the Online Fundraising Scorecard, a contributing writer for Fundraising Success, CO+OP, and Outcomes magazines. Tim has trained organizations around the world as far away as Bangalore, India and Oslo, Norway and is a frequent speaker at national nonprofit conferences including Social Media for Nonprofits, Association of Fundraising Professionals, the Direct Marketing Association Non-Profit Federation, the National Religious Broadcasters association, Missio-Nexus, and the Christian Leadership Alliance.
Tim is also the co-founder of Online for Life where he currently serves a Vice Chairman, co-founder and managing partner of Flux Analytics and Donor ID, and is on the MECLABS Advisory Board for Optimization.
A Western Pennsylvania native, Tim and his wife Rebecca currently live in Prosper, TX with their four children Max, Charlie, Gracie, and Joey.

Serving as executive sponsor for Women in Security (WISE), a global employee group at Intel Security committed to the advancement of women in the workplace, Lynch is dedicated to investing in the next generation of leaders, actively focusing on diversity, inclusion and an empowered workforce. She is a pioneer in thought leadership, culture and change management, leading organizations through significant change and increasing business efficiencies and profit margins as a result.
Prior to joining McAfee in 2005, Chatelle held leadership positions at Fluor Corporation specializing in HR and Compensation. Native to Australia, Chatelle gained her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia.
Chatelle is a proud mother of five and lives with her children and husband in Prosper, Texas where she has seen this small town grow into a thriving community over the last 11 years. Chatelle loves to travel and believes passionately that exposing her children to different backgrounds and cultures is crucial to enabling them to be empathetic and educated members of society.
Richard J. McGrath
Rick, his wife Lori and four children have lived in Prosper for 4 years. Rick is an active member of Prosper United Methodist Church and serves on several committees. His family has supported various Prosper Charities such the Rotary, Prosper Ladies Association and Bethlehem Place. He has also serves on the Prosper Parks & Recreation board. The McGrath's believe that as Prosper offers a " Place Where Everyone Matters", we believe that extends beyond our borders. It's in that spirit that Rick has agreed to serve the mission of Kids Prosper Kids, to give our youth and adults a way to be a part of the bigger picture. Rick has a BBA in Marketing from Hardin-Simmons University and a MBA from TWU. He is currently a Marketing Manager for Eli Lilly & Company and consults several Texas based companies.
